SHUNICHI HORIKOSHI

Born in Tokyo, Japan, Shunichi Horikoshi worked in a Japanese restaurant in Belgium after receiving culinary education and came back to his home town, and developed his career in various cities. Arriving to Turkey with six-year period of contract in 1994, Mr. Horikoshi loved Turkey and Turkish people so much, and established ITSUMI 2003 upon awareness of the deficit. Mr. Horikoshi, the flavor of ITSUMI still continues to protect the originality of foods and tell our Turkish guests this culture.


Taketo Kitami
MART 2003 - HEAD CHEF
Born in Yokohoma, Japan, Mr. Kitami San came to Turkey after working in sushi restaurants of Japan, and is one of our Chefs in sushi bar and Kitchen, and also serves in catering services since ITSUMI was established.
ATSUSHİ OKUBO
ŞUBAT 2005 - HEAD CHEF
He was born in Osaka, Japan. He completed its culinary education and came to Turkey after gaining experience in various restaurants of Tokyo. Being the member of ITSUMI family since 2005, Mr. Okubo San is responsible for sushi and hot meals and closely interested in our guests.


JUNICHI HIRAGA
KASIM 2014 - HEAD CHEF
Born in Tokyo, Japan, Mr. Hiraga San came to Turkey in young ages and worked in Japanese restaurants here. Being the newest member of ITSUMI family, Mr. Hiraga is one of our chefs in sushi bar and Kitchen, and also has become the irreplaceable face in catering services.
